The 19# Squash!

I just had to share with you the fun surprise that welcomed me when I came home last night (and at 11pm at night, it kinda startled me)!

Can you believe this beautiful vegetable was grown locally by a nice co-worker Chris works with?

It looks like we'll be having fall squash dishes for awhile!!! :)
