We thought we were at home!

Friday night we met everyone for a fun time in the rain to see Santa in the parade!! Who new the weather would dump rain instead of snow? Oh, well-we are so used to it! Maybe this means we will have a white Christmas!

No TV means no Thanksgiving football.....

....but lot's of fun family time!!!!

Chris and I took the plunge and bought a new camera. Hopefully we will have time to post some pic's before we leave for Hayden Lake tomorrow! If not, there will be lots of fun pictures of the Michaud's Thanksgiving when we get back.

New Haircuts at the mall!

It's that time again for new haircuts-the Holidays coming and all! So we all packed into the car and headed to Alicia's in the mall. Piper was so excited, it's all she could talk about all week (just ask her teacher). We really thought Paige would also get into it (it was her first one) with how blown up her sister made it sound.

So here we were. Piper went first, as she states "she is the expert and an old pro". I think she was born in the beauty chair. She finished as beautiful as ever. Paige was so excited until Alicia brought out the cape-no turning back. A "tankyou" and "yowelcome" shortly followed as she was exiting the salon. She also left as beautiful as ever with her windblown look she started with! Maybe we'll try next time with pictures to share!

Brand new Modem

Well here goes! This is the brand new modem, so far so good.

This weekend was very eventful. Chris got started on cleaning the garage so we could start to finish the basement. He needs a work place in order to lay the new wood floor. We also were able to fold and put away ALL the clean clothes from the basement. So there will be no more wet shirts and trips to the basement (poor Katie-I hope she comes back!).

What is a modem?

My excuse for not blogging this weekend is that my modem is not working properly! However, I somehow managed long enough to post this! Hopefully, Chris will get a new one tonight!

It's time for Chris to finish the basement!

Tonight Chris and I decided to go to a work dinner at the Lakeway Inn. To my surprise the kids and Katie (our nanny) got locked in the basement after Piper convinced them that she needed a new shirt after getting hers wet with water. I felt soooo very bad for all of them! She was finally able to get ahold of us and they were luckly only down there for half hour. This has motivated Chris to finally put in the floor and finish the basement!
