Sometimes Car Coffee Dates are Fun

Today Piper received her second sacrament, Reconciliation. After a couple months of preparation, practice and the memorization of all her prayers, she was finally ready to do it. I took this photo while she was in the confessional, as she informed me that "my sins are private and between me and God"-Piper.

Veterans Day Assembly

Today the elementary kids celebrated our local veterans with an assembly. With many different tributes, poems and songs, our youth learned what it means to be a veteran and the sacrifices that they have made.
