Christmas Card Craft!

I just couldn't fathom the fact that I would have to wait one WHOLE year until I would happily walk outside every afternoon to check my mail for yet another beloved CHRISTMAS CARD. Rain, shine or (some years) snow, I would stalk the mail carrier in anticipation of my most favorite thing about Christmas season.

However, this year I came across the most creative way to cherish these treasures forever(Scrapbooking Holiday Cards). And since I'm not much of a scrapbooker, I decided to cut them into 2x2 squares and mount them to canvas (with a little help from Modge Podge) for a fun little all year round Christmas decor!!!

The Tooth Fairy Strikes again!

Piper lost her second tooth this new year and continues to have more wiggly teeth. Geesh, with the going rate of a tooth these days ($2), maybe the Tooth Fairy should also have a budget plan!

I have to admit it...I totally forgot what the word meant until my husband pleasantly reminded me that I haven't been sticking to it. So, I decided to refresh my memory and look up the true meaning of my "One Little Word 2010", and share with all of you!

Budget: \ˈbə-jət\- the amount of money that is available for, required for, or assigned to a particular purpose.

I have decided (with a little help from my husband) that in efforts to keep this New Years resolution, I will ONLY go into two of my FAVORITE stores (TJ Maxx & Gap) with the adult supervision of him for the WHOLE month of January (you didn't honestly think I could go the WHOLE year, just yet)!!!
